Miffed with the Government for allegedly dragging its feet before the Supreme Court in the Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprises (NICE) case, activists seeking the indictment of the company for alleged land grab have decided to submit an independent report to the Government.
They plan to pressure the Government to use their report as part of the submissions which are to be made before the Supreme Court in the case where NICE has been accused of land grab.

This is being constructed by Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprices (NICE) chaired by Ashok Kheny on Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) basis.
South Bangalore has been experiencing severe traffic congestion.
This hi-speed fenced high-way was envisioned to help with this congestion.
